BODY PIERCING » BIOGRAPHY ~ NIKI WENGER

I've been a part of this amazing industry since 2005. I began working as a desk girl at a local, Winnipeg shop, and very soon after, began my apprenticeship. I started professionally body piercing in the summer of 2006.

In 2007, I had the amazing opportunity to take part in an advanced piercing workshop with David Vidra from Health Educators, Inc. at his home shop- Splash of Color in Michigan. The extensive 7-day course covered in-depth concepts including: Anatomy and Wound Care Practices, Infection Control, Sterilization, Bloodborne Pathogens and Advanced Piercing Techniques. I also attend the Association of Professional Piercers' (APP) Annual Conference in Las Vegas every year to keep up to date with what's cutting-edge in our industry. This includes the newest in organic and synthetic jewelry and new, innovative piercing techniques. I am fortunate enough to have spent a few weeks "guest spotting" in California and I always look forward to travelling more with my craft.

I am not shy to say that I have an ENORMOUS obsession with the most exquisite of body jewelry. I strive to continuously adorn my clients with the most exceptional jewelry possible... and I would love to help you find the most striking piece(s) for your piercing(s)!

Putting people at ease is something that comes naturally for me and I love the fact that I have the opportunity to make people comfortable and happy all day, everyday while I work.
